— Walk the Talk —
Don't shout to be the loudest but choose actions above words — anytime. Don't make empty promises, put in the work and deliver. Always.

— Be Humble —
Sit down and be humble. Not in a Kendrick way but by taking pride in your work & by being self-aware. Only impress yourself, never stop learning and accept compliments without letting it go to your head.

— Be a Challenger —
Question everything and be open-minded. Take your professional obligation serious and never put other people in the position where you'll prescribe a solution without first fully diagnosing the challenge.

— Make bad Jokes —
